Minimum Stay
The cottage has a minimum two night stay policy.
Deposit & Payments
A deposit to the value of one nights accommodation is required at the time of booking. The balance of payment for the stay must be made prior to arrival. Unfortunately the cottage does not have credit card facilities.
Arrival and Departure Times
You will be welcome at the cottage from 2pm on the date of arrival. Sadly you will have to say goodbye to the cottage by 11 am on the date of departure. We will try to assist if you need time outside of the stated times, depending on bookings and servicing of the cottage
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation within 30 days prior to arrival will forfeit the deposit paid. However you can rebook the cottage for a future date using the deposit.
Other Terms and Conditions
The cottage has a no smoking inside policy. Guests must also adhere to fire ban regulations during the fire season.
