The Bohemian Tea Room is a "Pop Up" café which was first opened for the 2015 Barossa Vintage Festival. The café has been set up in the rustically semi-restored old shoe shop next to the cottage. It features four main rooms in the main building. One room has an open fireplace for added atmosphere during cooler months. The nearby stone barn has also been converted for events.
The theme is rustic and bohemian, using an eclectic mix of reclaimed furniture, decorations and candles. The scrumptious lunches, cakes and treats are the creation of local Christine Hausler who includes fresh ingredients from her garden and local seasonal produce. The Bohemian Tea room has been a popular "Pop Up" event, a collaboration of local people who love the Bohemian atmosphere and community spirit.
Follow the Bohemian Tea Room on Facebook for future events as they "pop up" from time to time.
